- Manage certification projects from initial review through final approval.
- Evaluate industrial electrical equipment, including:
- Industrial control panels
- Transformers
- Control and automation equipment
- Assess product compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including RETIE and RETILAP.
- Review technical documentation, test reports, product specifications, and certification records.
- Serve as a technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project requirements, timelines, and results to clients.
- Identify non-compliance issues and provide guidance regarding corrective actions.
- Coordinate testing activities and collaborate with laboratory teams.
- Prepare technical reports, certification documentation, and project deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to technical knowledge development.
- Represent the organization in technical meetings, industry events, and customer discussions when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product certification, conformity assessment, testing, inspection, or regulatory compliance.
- Direct experience evaluating electrical products under RETIE and/or RETILAP requirements.
- Previous experience working within a Certification Body (Organismo de Certificación).
- Experience as an Evaluator, Reviewer, or Technical Assessor for electrical products.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical equipment, including transformers, industrial control panels, and automation/control systems.
- Ability to analyze technical documentation and interpret electrical safety requirements.
- Strong project management and customer communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English,



including the ability to participate in technical discussions in English.
