About the Role

We are seeking a Benefits Administrator / EDI Configuration Analyst with experience supporting employee benefits administration and EDI implementations. This role will focus on configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting carrier integrations and benefits enrollment files.

This position requires hands-on experience working with ANSI 834 EDI files.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and build ANSI 834 EDI files.
- Obtain and interpret carrier companion guides, file layouts, and technical requirements.
- Gather implementation requirements from carriers, brokers, and client groups.
- Map data fields and business rules for carrier integrations.
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot EDI file transmissions.
- Perform enrollment reconciliation and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support ongoing carrier file maintenance and issue resolution.
- Configure integrated carrier files and payroll vendor connections.
- Support Open Enrollment renewals and related file updates.
- Manage the shared EDI inbox and coordinate issue assignments.
- Maintain project documentation and implementation records.
- Participate in internal team meetings.
- Update Salesforce records,



including accounts, contacts, and projects.
- Perform routine data quality audits and system cleanup.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced English (C1).
- Experience working with U.S. Employee Benefits or Payroll.
- Experience with data reconciliation and enrollment discrepancy resolution.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.

Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have direct experience with:
- ANSI 834 EDI file building and configuration.
- EDI mapping and file setup.
- Carrier testing and implementation support.
