Role Description The E-commerce Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL supporting the brand’s online sales and digital customer experience. This role includes managing product listings, updating inventory, and ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and imagery across e-commerce platforms. The E-commerce Assistant will monitor online orders, support fulfillment processes, and coordinate with customer service to resolve inquiries, returns, and exchanges.

Daily tasks also involve tracking sales performance, assisting with online promotions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve website navigation, user experience, and conversion.



The role requires regular communication with cross-functional partners to maintain brand consistency and support overall e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience supporting online retail operations and order management.
- Solid Customer Service and Communication abilities to handle inquiries, provide support, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales reports, site metrics, and inventory data for performance improvements.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or similar) and Intermediate Excel Skillsor spreadsheet skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in luxury fashion and understanding of premium brand standards.
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
