Role Description The E-Commerce Merchandise Specialist (Shopify) is a full-time, on-site role based in Medellín. This role is responsible for managing product listings on Shopify, including creating, updating, and optimizing product information, images, pricing, and tags to improve visibility and conversion. The specialist monitors inventory levels, coordinates with internal teams for stock replenishment, and ensures accurate product availability across the online store.

Daily tasks include reviewing site merchandising, organizing collections, supporting promotional campaigns, and analyzing product performance to recommend adjustments. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to maintain a consistent brand experience and support online sales objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong commerce and e-commerce merchandising skills, with experience managing products and collections on Shopify or similar platforms.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.




- Effective communication skills to collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams and to document processes clearly.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience and resolving product-related issues efficiently.
- Sales awareness and understanding of online sales funnels, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools; familiarity with Google Analytics or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple products, campaigns, and deadlines.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing; prior work in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Medellín and collaborate in a fast-paced environment; intermediate or higher proficiency in English is beneficial.
