About the role

At Quick Logistics, we continue growing and are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional to join our Local Transportation team in Miami.

This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics operations, customer communication, shipment coordination, and operational follow-up within the U.S. transportation market.

You will play a key role supporting local transportation operations, monitoring shipments, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the process.

? What you’ll do:

Coordinate and monitor local transportation operations

Provide shipment updates and operational follow-up to clients

Track PODs, appointments, statuses, and deliveries

Communicate daily with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers

Support traffic coordination and dispatch operations

Handle operational issues with urgency and professionalism

Maintain accurate operational records and reporting

Assist with import/export documentation follow-up when required

? What we’re looking for:

Student, technician,



or professional in:

International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related fields

Knowledge of

Air & ocean freight operations

Traffic coordination and shipment monitoring

Local transportation operations

Import/export documentation

Experience with

POD management

Appointment scheduling

Shipment tracking and customer service

Strong Excel and technology skills

English level: B2 or higher

Excellent communication and customer service mindset
