We’re looking for a Consultant III who can connect business strategy, technology and execution — someone who enjoys solving problems, leading conversations with clients and turning ideas into measurable impact.

What will you do?

- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements
- Analyze processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Design AI, Automation and Process Mining solutions
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions
- Work with international clients and senior stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Coordinate projects and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Mentor junior consultants
- Support pre-sales, proposals and solution design
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement





What are we looking for?

✔️ 4–6 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation

✔️ Experience leading projects and managing client relationships

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔️ Experience with AI, Automation or Process Mining

✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✔️ Advanced English (B2+ / C1)

Nice to have

SQL · Python · Process Mining · Celonis · Power BI/Tableau · AWS/Azure/GCP · APIs & Integrations · Git · Agile/Scrum
