We’re looking for a proactive professional to source, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with carriers across the U.S.

Key Resp onsibilities:• Source and recruit carriers across U.S. markets• Manage carrier onboarding, compliance, insurance, and documentation• Build a nd maintain a reliable carrier network• Negotia te competitive carrier rates• Manage booked loads from assignment through completion• Review paperwork, accessorials, and billing• Develop long-term carrier partnerships to increase capacity and coverage

Requirem ents

✔️ Experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, sourcing, or procuremen t✔️ Knowledge of DAT, Highway, FMCSA, and carrier onboardi ng✔️ Drayage experience highly prefer red✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational sk ills✔️ Proactive, self-starter mi
