Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Officer to manage end-to-end client onboarding and identity verification workflows.

Key Responsibilities:





- Review and approve client onboarding applications and KYC/AML documentation.
- Operate and manage automated identity verification systems (SumSub, Shufti Pro, Onfido or similar).
- Monitor verification queues to ensure fast turnaround times and high data accuracy.
- Handle account profile updates, document re-submissions, and verification escalations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company compliance guidelines and AML standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Back Office, KYC or Client Onboarding role within the FX/fintech industry.
- Practical experience with automated IDV platforms (SumSub, Shufti Pro, Onfido etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and spoken English.
