About the OpportunityCauseway Bridge to Innovation is a U.S.-based technology consulting company working with clients across the United States.

We are currently looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect / Senior Azure Engineer to join our team and support a long-standing U.S. client with whom we have successfully partnered for approximately five years.

The engagement will initially be part-time and project-based (T&M;), supporting one or two Azure initiatives. Depending on project demand and mutual fit, there is a strong possibility for the role to expand into a full-time, long-term engagement.

The position is 100% remote from Colombia, working directly with an experienced international engineering team and U.S.-based stakeholders.

What We're Looking For The idóneo candidate will have:

- Strong Microsoft Azure expertise, including experience designing Azure Landing Zones aligned with the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
- Hands-on experience with Hub-Spoke networking, routing, Azure Firewall/NVA, VPN/ExpressRoute, Private Endpoints, and Private DNS.




- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management, including Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Managed Identities, and Least Privilege principles.
- Experience with Azure Governance, including Management Groups, Subscriptions, Azure Policy, naming standards, tagging, budgets, and Cost Management.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience, preferably Terraform and/or Bicep, including CI/CD-based deployment automation.
- Experience planning and executing on-premises to Azure migrations, including Azure Migrate, assessments, dependency mapping, and sizing.
- Good understanding of cloud security, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and observability for production Azure environments.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with U.S.-based clients and international engineering teams.
