Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Migration Program Manager – HRIS to join our team. This role involves project management, coordination, and supporting business transformation projects, particularly in HR, technology, or operations. Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus, along with experience in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage migration programs within the HRIS domain

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business transformation initiatives

- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery

- Track project progress using tools such as Azure DevOps

- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

- Identify and mitigate project risks

- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals

Job Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO roles

- Experience supporting business transformation, HR, technology, or operational projects

- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall

- Experience with project tracking tools like Azure DevOps

- Strong English proficiency, written and spoken

- Ability to follow software engineering best practices

- Experience with Git for version control

- Experience with API integration is a plus

- Experience with testing methodologies is a plus

Nice to Have

- Oracle HCM knowledge

- Project management certification
