Where no two days arethe same.Job DescriptionIn this role you will play a key role in:As a LIMS Engineer / Senior LIMS Engineer, you will be a key contributor in supporting, enhancing, and evolving LabVantage LIMS deployments across a global network of laboratory environments.
In this role you will play a key role in:Providing L2/L3 application support for LabVantage LIMS across 40+ global sites, ensuring incidents, service requests, and problem tickets are resolved within SLA timelines through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysisDesigning, developing, and implementing LIMS configurations, workflows, and customizations, supporting new feature development aligned with Quality and R&D; business requirementsManaging system integrations between LIMS and laboratory instruments, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), MES/Manufacturing systems, and data platforms, including API integrations and data migration supportEnsuring system compliance with GxP, GMP, GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO standards, maintaining audit trails, validation documentation, change control processes, and supporting IQ/OQ/PQ validation activitiesIdentifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities including workflow automation, process standardization, and performance optimization,



while contributing to knowledge base articles and SOPsYour profileWe are looking for a passionate and experienced LIMS professional who thrives in complex, regulated, integral environments.
The ideal candidate brings:7+ years of hands-on experience in LIMS support and development, preferably with LabVantage LIMS, or equivalent platforms such as LabWare or STARLIMS, ideally in multi-site or global deployment environmentsStrong technical proficiency in SQL/Oracle/SQL Server, Java/JavaScript, web-based applications and APIs (REST/SOAP), and familiarity with LIMS BASIC, LabVantage configuration, and visual workflowsSolid understanding of laboratory processes in QC and R&D; environments, including sample lifecycle management, testing workflows, and regulatory/validation requirementsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D;, IT, and external vendors, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Business ObjectsWhat You'll Love About Working HereFree access to learning platforms – Enjoy free access to world-class learning assets and curated programs from Harvard Business Review, Coursera, Pluralsight, Udemy, Microsoft, AWS,
