Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions.
Build and optimize backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.
Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern deployment practices.
Optimize database performance, schema design, and complex queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server environments.
Implement asynchronous processing, message queues, and event-driven architectures to support high-volume workloads.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Drive software quality through automated testing, performance tuning, and best engineering practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation initiatives.




Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.

Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT.
Prior experience mentoring developers and leading engineering initiatives.
