We’re currently looking for a Project Manager / Account Coordinator to support the execution of client work and help keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor role. You’ll be responsible for owning your work, managing your time, and ensuring strong communication across projects.

If you’re someone who is highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, and you take pride in delivering great work without needing constant direction, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Owning the coordination and execution of multiple client projects at once
- Managing timelines, deliverables, and priorities to ensure everything stays on track
- Acting as a key point of contact between clients and internal collaborators
- Communicating clearly and proactively with U.S.-based clients
- Keeping tasks organized and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Identifying potential issues early and taking initiative to resolve them
- Supporting a smooth, efficient workflow across all active projects

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in project coordination, account management,



or similar roles (agency experience is a strong plus)
- Strong, professional English—you’ll be working directly with U.S. clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort working in a fully remote, independent environment
