We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions using .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, and Azure. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership, from solution design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.

The adecuado candidate combines strong backend engineering skills with an ownership mindset and is comfortable using AI development tools daily while carefully reviewing and validating AI-generated output.

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, SQL queries, and performance optimization.

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure / cloud environments.

- Strong experience with automated testing and software quality practices.

- Hands-on experience supporting, debugging, and resolving issues in production systems.

- Experience designing or maintaining scalable software solutions.

- Daily proficiency with AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and code review.





- Ability to independently verify AI-generated code and take ownership of its quality.

- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across distributed teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
- Own features throughout the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to production.
- Create and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis across the stack.
- Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, and code review, validating all generated output before release.
- Participate in architecture/design discussions and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering and AI-development best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and take accountability for delivered solutions.
