We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on E-commerce Operation Manager with 5+ years of experience to scale and manage our digital commerce ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations (Mercado Libre, Amazon), distributor alignment, inventory forecasting, and high-ROI Retail Media management.We need a candidate with a strong strategic mindset, high adaptability, and fluent English skills to drive profitable GMV growth and execute seamless commercial strategies.Key Responsibilities:• Commercial & Inventory Planning• Distributor & Model OperationsKey Qualifications & Requirements:• Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in E-commerce, Marketplace Operations, and Digital Commercial Management.

• Supply Chain & Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in SI, SO, DOS, inventory forecasting, distributor management, and P&L; optimization.
• Languages: Fluent / Professional English (C1 level preferred - required for daily work, international communication, and reporting).
• Technical & Digital Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools, and strong reporting capabilities.
