About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Sourcer to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to support our hiring needs. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions, ensuring we attract the best professionals to our organization.
Responsibilities
Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support hiring needs across different departments.
Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a strong fit.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies.
Utilize market insights and data to improve sourcing strategies and talent acquisition efforts.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system ATS.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar recruitment role.




Strong research and sourcing skills using talent acquisition tools.
Experience conducting initial candidate screenings and assessing qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
B2 level or higher English proficiency.
