We're looking for an experienced Trainer to join our Training team and support the development of employees within a dynamic healthcare and contact center environment.What you'll do:Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training, facilitate new hire classes, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, support the development and improvement of training materials, collaborate with subject matter experts, analyze training results, and help identify opportunities to strengthen employee performance.What we're looking for:5+ years of experience, ideally delivering training within healthcare environmentsCollege degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experienceStrong presentation, facilitation, coaching,



and communication skillsKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designExperience with call center operations and performance metricsFamiliarity with LMS, CRM and contact center technologiesProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and OutlookEnglish level: C1Schedule:Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
