Psicólogo / Administrador / Ingeniero Industrial con enfoque administrativo o carreras afines, con experiencia en compañías BPO y manejo de pre-nómina. Sólida capacidad analítica, orientación a procesos y control de información.
Experiencia mínima 2 años gestionando novedades de nomina (pre-nomina) para mas de 500 empleados, preferible experiencia en BPO, temporales o empresas de masividad.
Skills Principal
Gestión de novedades de nómina (pre-nómina)
Gestión de procesos administrativos de RRHH, Contratación, anexos, incapacidades, facturación y manejo de proveedores.
Experiencia administrativa en entornos BPO o manejo de clientes.
Excel intermedio
Conocimiento en procesos de recursos humanos
