About the Role

We are looking for an Application QA Tester with hands-on experience in manual and end-to-end software testing.

This is a full-time manual QA position focused on testing web applications from the perspective of real users.

You will validate new features, identify defects, perform regression testing, and ensure applications are ready for release.

This is not primarily a QA Automation role.

The idóneo candidate enjoys detailed, methodical testing and is comfortable repeatedly validating complete user workflows.

What You’ll Do

- Execute end-to-end (E2E) test cases across web applications.

- Perform manual, functional, exploratory, and regression testing.

- Validate new UI features through real user workflows.

- Create, document, and maintain test cases and test scripts based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Identify, document, and track software defects.

- Create detailed bug reports including:
- Steps to reproduce

- Expected vs. vigente behavior

- Screenshots or screen recordings

- Re-test resolved defects and verify bug fixes.

- Perform cross-browser and multi-device testing.

- Use browser developer tools to identify and capture console or network errors.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers during sprint planning and refinement.

- Perform regression testing before releases and support release readiness/sign-off.

- Help maintain and improve the team's test-case library and defect-tracking processes.

Requisitos

Must-Have Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Software QA / Manual Testing.

- Hands-on experience with Manual Testing.

- Experience performing End-to-End (E2E) Testing.





- Experience with Regression Testing.

- Experience with Exploratory and Functional Testing.

- Ability to create and maintain test cases and test scripts.

- Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects/bugs.

- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA lifecycle.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments, sprints, and software releases.

- Basic knowledge of browser developer tools, including capturing console or network errors.

- Strong written communication and ability to create clear, reproducible defect reports.

- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements
Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a Help Desk, Technical Support, Application Support, Customer Support Engineering, or similar technical support environment.

Hands-on experience managing and resolving support tickets.

Strong experience providing end-user support for Microsoft Outlook.

Working knowledge or professional experience with C# – required.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MS-SQL).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to identify the urgency and business impact of technical incidents.

Experience working with SLAs and ticket prioritization.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.

Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Full professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
