We're looking for a Lead Creative Strategist with deep DTC experience to own and elevate our client's ad creative strategy across the full consumer journey. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who thinks beyond individual ads and understands how creative drives behavior from awareness to conversion. You'll develop high-converting angles rooted in consumer psychology, brief and guide external partners, and collaborate closely with media buyers and the E-Com Coordinator to ensure every touchpoint is aligned. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test ad angles, concepts,
and hooks grounded in consumer psychology and full-funnel strategy
- Source, brief, and manage external creative partners (editors, animators, producers) to execute your vision
- Collaborate with media buyers and the E-Com Coordinator to align creative with landing pages and performance data
- Provide strategic oversight and hands-on guidance for static and video asset production – including AI-generated content, claymation, stylized animation, mini-VSLs, and B-roll
- Continuously analyze performance data to iterate, optimize, and elevate creative output
Requirements
- Senior-level DTC Creative Strategist experience (non-negotiable) – with a track record of driving growth for DTC brands
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and the full marketing funnel – from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion
- Proven ability to create sales/conversion-focused content across formats (sta
