Lead Finance & Accounting Operations and Drive Excellence!
We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead Senior Manager to oversee Finance & Accounting operations, ensure service delivery excellence, manage stakeholder relationships, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced shared services environment.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations
Manage client relationships and escalations
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, quality metrics, and operational performance
Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives
Develop dashboards, MIS reporting, and operational reviews
Coach and mentor team members to achieve business objectives
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting
✔ 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting operations
✔ Previous leadership experience in BPO or Shared Services environments
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Position Details
? Salary: COP $7,000,000/month
? English Level: B2+
? Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
