Job Summary:
- The Low‑Code Platform Engineer – Senior Associate is responsible for designing, administering, and optimizing enterprise low‑code platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft Power Platform and M365 Copilot capabilities. This role serves as a technical authority for low‑code platform engineering, governance, and operational excellence.
- The Senior Associate partners closely with Security, Architecture, Automation, and Business teams to enable scalable, secure, and compliant low‑code adoption.
Responsibilities:
Lead administration and optimization of Power Platform environments
- Design and enforce standards for:
o Environment strategy and lifecycle management
o Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
o Connector and integration usage
- Support and govern Power Apps, Power Automate Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Copilot extensibility
- Engineer reusable patterns and templates for low‑code solutions
- Integrate low‑code platforms with enterprise systems and APIs
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and usage reporting
- Act as escalation point for complex platform and solution issues
- Support secure enablement of M365 Copilot capabilities
- Collaborate with Cloud Security and Governance teams on controls and compliance
- Support audits and compliance reviews
- Mentor Associate‑level Low‑Code Platform Engineers
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of platform operations
Skills and Experience:
- English level B2+
- Technical Skills
o Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI & Copilot Studio)
o Hands‑on experience with:
- Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI & Copilot Studio at scale
- Power Platform governance and administration
o Understanding of:
- Data governance, security, and compliance controls
- Integration patterns and APIs
o Experience with automation, scripting, or DevOps concepts preferred
o Familiarity with Copilot extensibility and AI‑assisted workflows
- Professional Skills
o Strong technical ownership and decision‑making ability

- Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Microsoft certifications strongly preferred:
o Power Platform Functional Consultant / Developer
- Security or governance certifications are a plus
