Job Title: Sales Support Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Support Agent to respond to customer and prospect queries, while supporting sales operations. The idóneo candidate has strong knowledge of customer service and back-office best practices, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls .

- Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, and account statuses, and resolve any related problems in a timely manner.

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by processing orders, validating and verifying documents, tracking shipments, and addressing any discrepancies or issues.

- Enrollment Support: Guide customers through the entire enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to service initiation.

- Back Office Support:



Complete pending service requests and coordinate with relevant departments to start or maintain services.

- Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate customer databases and records using ERP and CRM systems, updating order details and communication history.

- Collaboration: Work closely with sales to ensure excellent customer experiences and service delivery.

- Reporting: Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for internal use.

Candidate Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work well within a team and motivate others.

- Experience managing inbound and outbound calls.

- Advanced English (B2+/C2).
