Role Overview

Join Job Duck as an Intake Specialist and become the first point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration legal services. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, and build trust will directly impact client conversion and overall business growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and are detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills, this position is for you.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

- Preparing and submitting daily reports using Google Sheets
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally




- Converting leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Collecting payments via the provided link
- Proactively informing clients about the fee
- Tracking pipeline and intake progress accurately
- Scheduling new appointments using Google Calendar

What We’re Looking For:

- At least one to two years of experience in Immigration Law
- Sales and client conversion
- Active listening and clear communication
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to follow up consistently
- Comfortable speaking with clients in Spanish and English
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
