We are looking for talented professionals with passion for customer experience to join the international team of our client, a integral company within the travel assistance industry. If you enjoy helping customers and solving situations efficiently, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

As a Bilingual Customer Expert, you will support customers through multiple communication channels, assisting them with inquiries related to travel assistance services, and resolving situations in a timely manner.

- Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with service-related inquiries and requests.
- Deliver a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case resolution.
- English level B2+ or C1.




- Minimum 6 months of CERTIFIED experience in Customer Service through any channel.
- Previous Experience in the BPO industry is highly preferred.
- Availability to start by early October 2026
- Experience in multichannel support is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced environments.
