Export Analyst - Logistics

Location: On site - Barranquilla, Colombia

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (LA Time -2 hours)

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for an Export Support to manage transportation and logistics operations, ensuring effective communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. The idóneo candidate will have experience in international dispatch operations and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers, field personnel, and customers.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely deliveries.
- Support and supervise dispatch team activities.




- Train new employees on dispatch processes and TMS platforms.
- Provide customer support regarding shipments, pricing, and service inquiries.
- Ensure efficient and accurate freight dispatch operations.

Requirements

- Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree.
- Solid English level.
- Experience in international dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight operations.
