Job Description

We arelooking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable, and consistentdigital experiences. This role combines user research, interaction design,information architecture, prototyping, and design systems to create experiencesthat are both user-centered and technically feasible.

The idealcandidate is a systems thinker who can make high-quality UX decisions, navigatetradeoffs, and communicate design rationale effectively with stakeholders andcross-functional teams. You will also contribute to the evolution of our designstandards and UI component library, helping establish consistency acrossproducts and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct UX research tounderstand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.

- Translate research insightsinto clear user flows, information structures, and interaction models.

- Create wireframes, user flows,and clickable prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.

- Define and maintain content andUX standards that promote consistency across digital experiences.

- Build, maintain, and evolve theUI component library and contribute to the broader design system.





- Collaborate with Product,Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business and user needsinto effective design solutions.

- Evaluate design alternativesand make informed decisions based on user needs, business objectives,technical constraints, and product strategy.

- Identify and communicate designtradeoffs, risks, and opportunities throughout the product developmentprocess.

- Use AI-powered tools toaccelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.

- Incorporate AI promptingtechniques into the design process to improve efficiency, exploration, andquality of outcomes.

- Systems Thinking: Ability to understand howindividual design decisions impact broader products, workflows, and userexperiences.

- UX Decision Quality: Strong judgment whenevaluating and selecting UX solutions based on evidence, context, and userneeds.

- Tradeoff Awareness: Ability to balance userexperience, business priorities, technical feasibility, scalability, anddelivery constraints.

- Narrative & StakeholderThinking: Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and influence stakeholdersthrough compelling communication.

- Information Architecture &Structural; Thinking: Strong ability to organize complex information, workflows, andexperiences into intuitive structures.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of designsystems and component-based design.

- Solid awareness of frontendtechnologies and development constraints, enabling effectivecollaboration with engineers.

- Experience with interactionmodeling and designing intuitive user interactions and workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and collaborative design.

- Experience using Claude or similar AI-powered tools as part of the design workflow.

- Strong AI prompting skillsand ability to leverage AI tools for research, ideation, content,prototyping, and problem-solving.
