Aboutthe Role

We arelooking for a UI Designer to create high-fidelity digital experiences andscalable interface components that can be effectively translated intoproduction by Front-End Developers.

This rolefocuses on transforming UX concepts and product requirements into polished,accessible, responsive, and brand-aligned interfaces. You will work closelywith UX and Engineering teams to ensure designs are accurately interpreted,consistently implemented, and aligned with established design systems andcomponent libraries.

The idealcandidate combines strong visual design skills with a practical understandingof design systems, responsive interfaces, accessibility, and Front-Enddevelopment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-fidelity UI designsand interface components for implementation by Front-End Developers.

- Translate UX concepts,wireframes, and requirements into polished and production-ready visualdesigns.

- Design responsive interfacesthat provide consistent experiences across different screen sizes anddevices.





- Create and maintain reusable UIcomponents within established design systems and component libraries.

- Collaborate closely with UXDesigners and Engineering teams throughout the design and implementationprocess.

- Ensure designs are clear,detailed, and technically interpretable for Front-End Developers.

- Apply accessibility principlesto UI designs and ensure interfaces align with WCAG guidelines.

- Maintain visual consistencywith established brand guidelines and product standards.

- Contribute to the evolution andcontinuous improvement of design systems and component libraries.

- Review implemented interfacesand collaborate with Engineering to identify and resolve designinconsistencies or visual gaps.

Requirements

Functional Skills

- Collaboration: Ability to work effectivelywith UX Designers, Front-End Developers, Product Managers, and othercross-functional stakeholders.

- Design Interpretation: Ability to translate UXconcepts, requirements, and user flows into detailed, high-fidelity visualdesigns.

- Accessibility Awareness: Understanding of accessibledesign principles and their application to digital interfaces.

- Branding Awareness: Ability to apply brandguidelines consistently while maintaining a cohesive product experience.

- Attention to Detail: Strong visual judgment andattention to spacing, typography, hierarchy, consistency, and interactionstates.

Technical Skills

- Figma: Strong proficiency in creatinghigh-fidelity designs, prototypes, and reusable components.

- Design Systems: Experience working with andcontributing to scalable design systems.

- Component Libraries: Ability to create and maintainreusable UI components and component specifications.

- Responsive Design: Strong understanding ofdesigning interfaces for different screen sizes, devices, and breakpoints.

- WCAG Accessibility: Practical understanding of WebContent Accessibility Guidelines and accessible UI design principles.
