Responsibilities
Track loads from pick up in transit delivered status.
Responsible for always acknowledging any notification from partners and
registering all load information received from the carrier or driver in the system.
Must confirm pick up and deliveries.
Reaching out to the carrier to confirm shipping hours and if the load is ready.
Continuous positioning of the loads update is required.
Call drivers or dispatchers to request ETA and current location.
Forward border customs documents related to the load to the proper department.
Comprehension of logistics documents i.e., POD, BOL.
Response to inbound calls to dispatch and trip monitors.
Other duties as assigned.
Data Entry of loads.
