What will you do
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring transportation operations, ensuring loads are properly assigned and shipments move efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include
Coordinating and assigning loads to available drivers carriers.
Monitoring shipments through Track Trace.
Communicating with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
Managing transportation documentation and updating information in the TMS.
Identifying and resolving delays, route issues, and operational exceptions.
Following up on shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Supporting daytoday logistics and dispatch operations.
What are we looking for




Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar logistics position.
Experience in transportation, freight, trucking, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of Track Trace and TMS platforms is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
English level B2 or higher.
Ability to work onsite in Medellín.
