Visit https://emapta.Com/training-calendar/)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceAt least 4 years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, or buyer/planner roles within a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with Kinaxis (RapidResponse or Maestro)Working proficiency in Oracle EBS or SAP, including MRP, purchasing, and inventory management modulesStrong knowledge of MRP logic, safety stock methodologies, and inventory health management, including coverage, aging, and excess and obsolete (E&O;) inventoryAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret planning dataStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive suppliers and cross-functional teams toward committed delivery datesPreferred QualificationsBackground in OTC pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or other FDA-regulated (cGMP) manufacturing environmentsAPICS CPIM or CSCP certificationProficiency in business intelligence or analytics tools, such as Apache Superset or Power BI,
or experience using SQLExperience working within a Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) or a similarly governed planning environmentResponsibilitiesMRP & Supply ExecutionExecute the weekly MRP cycle and convert planning signals into purchasing actions by placing, expediting, deferring, or canceling purchase orders in accordance with established policiesManage the complete purchase order lifecycle from placement through receiptManage supplier communications and maintain accurate supplier schedules for assigned vendorsMonitor supplier confirmations, on-time delivery performance, and recovery commitments to ensure delivery targets are metInventory Policy & Safety StockManage safety stock parameters within Center of Excellence (CoE) governance guidelinesMonitor inventory coverage, health, and agingLead monthly inventory policy reviews for the assigned portfolioExcess & Obsolete (E&O;) Inventory ManagementPrevent excess and obsolete inventory through proactive monitoring and early warning indicatorsRecommend monthly inventory disposition plans with quantified financial impactsIdentify root causes and implement corrective portfolio and policy actionsData Quality & Planning ParametersMaintain accurate planning master data, including lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lot sizes, and safety stock levelsCoordinate planning parameter audits and updates with the Master Data and Supply Planning teamsResolve material planning exceptions within established service level agreementsParticipate in weekly S&OE; meetings to support material allocation, risk assessment, and recovery planningCoordinate material recovery timelines with Customer Service to minimize supply disruptionsRisk Management & EscalationEscalate supplier capacity, lead-time,
