Lead Generation Specialist Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by identifying, validating, and maintaining high-quality prospect data. This role is focused on research, data enrichment, and CRM management, ensuring our database remains accurate, organized, and actionable for business development efforts.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigative research, working with data, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in a structured environment. This is not a customer-facing role and does not involve cold calling or outbound sales activities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct online research to identify target companies and key decision-makersUse LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other sources to gather and validate contact informationBuild, update, and maintain prospect records within the CRMEnrich existing records with accurate data, including job titles, email addresses, phone numbers,



and company detailsVerify information across multiple sources to ensure data integrityPerform database clean-up activities, including duplicate removal and record standardizationMaintain high levels of accuracy, organization, and consistency across all data-related tasksSupport sales initiatives by providing reliable and up-to-date prospect informationQualificationsPrevious experience in Lead Generation, Data Research, Data Entry, CRM Management, or a related fieldStrong research and analytical skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyExperience using LinkedIn and CRM platformsAbility to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivityStrong organizational skills and sense of ownershipPreferred QualificationsExperience with data enrichment tools and prospecting platformsBackground supporting Sales or Business Development teamsDemonstrated job stability and strong work ethicScheduleMonday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ESTOn site - Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cali#J-18808-Ljbffr
