The Lead Engineer will act as a technical lead across Saviynt implementation and integral operations initiatives. The role requires extensive experience designing enterprise-scale identity governance platforms while leading complex integrations, modernization programs, and operational transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Own end-to-end technical delivery of Saviynt initiatives.
- Define implementation standards, architecture patterns, and governance controls.
- Lead large-scale application onboarding programs.

Solution Design

- Architect and implement:
- JML Workflows
- RBAC Frameworks
- Access Certification Programs
- SoD Frameworks
- Role Engineering Models
- Drive platform optimization and automation.

Operations Leadership

- Provide L3/L4 escalation support.
- Manage platform health, performance, and resilience.
- Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and service metrics.
- Lead problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technology & Innovation

- Drive API-led integrations.
- Leverage automation and AI-driven operational efficiencies.




- Evaluate emerging identity security capabilities.

People Leadership

- Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers.
- Conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support talent development and succession planning.

Required Qualifications

Skills and Experience

- English level B2+
- 7–9 years of IAM/IGA experience.
- 5+ years of Saviynt hands-on experience.
- Proven experience with enterprise implementations.
- Strong technical expertise in:
- REST APIs
- SQL
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Role Management
- Certification Frameworks
- SoD Governance
- Cloud Identity Services

Preferred Qualifications

- Saviynt Certified Professional.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Exposure to M&A; identity integration programs.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust and Identity Security frameworks.
