Job Description

This role is a sales account executive position within Visa Acceptance Solutions and the Andean Value Added Services organization. The Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of Visa Acceptance solutions across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela through consultative sales, business development, strategic account planning, pipeline management, and client relationship development.





The role will support the execution of the Acceptance business strategy across the Andean region, partnering closely with local, regional, and integral stakeholders to achieve sales, revenue, and client adoption targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and closing complex sales opportunities across the payments ecosystem.

This position requires strong commercial acumen, solution-selling capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with business, product, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple opportunities, cross-functional teams, and strategic client relationships.
