The Position
The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.
The Opportunity:
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub's long-term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities.
You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives. You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
Execute end-to-end digital customer communications and notifications using general platforms, managing mailing lists and tracking distribution
Drive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure complete, compliant, and accurate setups
Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders and affiliates, resolving tool logic issues, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining audit readiness across platforms
Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via standard platforms like Cornerstone
