We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales leader to lead and develop a high-performing sales organization across the NOLA region, driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and expanding Genesys' presence within complex enterprise accounts.
In this role, you will lead sales teams and managers, define and execute regional sales strategies, and build strong relationships with senior and executive-level customer stakeholders.



You will play a critical role in helping customers transform their customer experience strategies by connecting their business priorities with Genesys solutions and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Sales teams and people managers across the NOLA region, establishing clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability against revenue and business objectives.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies focused on revenue growth, new business development, customer expansion, and long-term strategic account growth.
