KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles across LATAM — from sourcing through offer acceptance
Run outbound sourcing for specialized and hard-to-fill roles, not just review inbound applicants
Screen and present candidates using clear, structured evaluation instead of gut calls
Manage client-side communication: intake calls, candidate presentations, interview coordination, feedback loops
Quality & Standards:
Serve as the final quality check before any candidate reaches a client




Set and maintain recruiting standards, process design, and candidate criteria across every active search
Uphold process integrity with clients in line with MSA terms, protecting pipeline quality and candidate experience
Step directly into complex, senior, and high-stakes searches when needed
Team Leadership:
Coach and develop recruiters and sourcers — review pipelines and give direct, useful feedback
Manage workload distribution across the team so no one carries an unrealistic number of open roles
Own team-level metrics: pipeline coverage, time to first qualified candidate, submittal-to-interview rate, time to fill, offer acceptance, and 90-day retention
Hold the team accountable to targets and flag capacity or performance risks early
Process & Systems:
Write and own the SOPs for how the team recruits — intake, sourcing, screening, presentation, offer, and handoff to onboarding
