Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday/Wednesday to Saturday, 10 hours a day. plus on-call backup.

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations Lead to own dispatch quality across the week and support our broader operation for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. This role blends hands-on dispatch leadership with cross-functional coverage and process ownership.

What You’ll Do
Provide operational oversight during the shifts.




Maintain dispatch quality and operational standards across all shifts.
Improve SOPs and operational documentation.
Monitor Amazon scorecard performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support the adoption of AI tools and automation across daily operations.
Ensure operational continuity when department leads are unavailable.
Provide support and coordination for escalated operational issues.
