Workday Analyst – Compensation & Benefits at BairesDev
In this role, you'll work with HR stakeholders, gather requirements, and support configuration directly in Workday. This is a hands-on configuration role, working closely with a team supporting general offices across multiple countries.
What You'll Do:
- Help gather requirements from HR stakeholders and support configuration directly in Workday.
- Support Compensation and Benefits configuration,
including annual events like merit cycles and open enrollment.
- Help configure Talent Management processes within Workday.
- Support custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with Workday HCM.
- Familiarity with Workday Core HR configuration.
- Experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
- Familiarity with Workday Talent Management.
- Advanced level of English.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Workday integrations, including EIBs or Core Connectors.
- Exposure to Workday Time Tracking or Absence Management.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer.
