Change Management Consultant | Senior | Bilingual EN/ES

At Hibrids, we’re looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to join an international transformation project.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience supporting organizational change—someone who understands how transformation impacts people and can turn that understanding into practical strategies for engagement, communication, training, adoption, and change activation.

A key part of this role will be helping us design, build, and activate a network of Change Agents, creating the strategy, tools, and spaces they need to become real ambassadors of transformation across the organization.

This is an initial 6-month project, with the possibility of extension, working in a multicultural environment with teams and stakeholders across different countries.

What you’ll do
Design and implement Change Management strategies and plans.
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
Develop stakeholder mapping, engagement, and influence strategies.




Design the strategy and operating model for a Change Agents network, identifying the right profiles, roles, and ways of working.
Build, onboard, and activate Change Agents across different areas and levels of the organization.
Facilitate Change Agent sessions, workshops, and communities, helping the network stay engaged and effective throughout the transformation.
Create toolkits, communication materials, and resources to enable Change Agents to cascade and reinforce change.
Design communication and training plans to support transformation.
Identify resistance and develop practical strategies to increase adoption.
Facilitate interviews, workshops, and working sessions with different levels of the organization.
Define and track adoption metrics and change effectiveness.
Support leaders and key stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.
