The Role:
We’re seeking a Case Manager to coordinate and execute case coverage activities while building strong relationships with vendors and ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time.
You’ll play a key role in assigning cases, coordinating with vendors, monitoring case queues, resolving issues, and providing responsive support to both customers and vendors. The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment:



Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
Salary: $3.600.000 COP
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment with sales and/or customer service experience, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Skills: Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills; customer service; negotiation and persuasion; time management; prioritization; data entry; attention to detail; and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/email, and internet tools.
Characteristics: Proactive, reliable, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of exercising sound judgment and making decisions independently.
