Remote Property Manager - US Rental Portfolio (LatAm-Based, Full Time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Central Time, plus light weekend phone coverage (details below)

About Us
We own and operate a growing portfolio of single family and small multifamily rental properties across Dallas-Fort Worth. We acquire properties, renovate them, and stabilize them with long-term, mid-term, or short-term tenants. Our listings run on Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and Zillow. The owner also operates e-commerce companies, so this operation runs lean, fast, and remote-first.

The Role:
You will be the operational owner of the rental portfolio: the person tenants hear from, the person vendors negotiate with, and the person who keeps every unit filled, maintained, and documented.



Roughly 80% of your time is property management. The remaining 20% is executive assistant support for the owner: calendar, travel, personal errands, email triaging, and phone calls made on his behalf, including to banks and service providers. You will handle sensitive information and be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

This is not an assistant-to-a-property-manager role. You are the property manager. The title is Property Manager, but the scope is residential real estate operations: you run the portfolio, not just the tasks.

What You Will Do:

Property Management (80%)
Communicate with tenants by text and email: inquiries, maintenance issues, lease questions, renewals, and rent follow-ups
Run the leasing pipeline end to end: respond to prospects within 24 hours, pre-qualify, schedule viewings, screen applicants, prepare and send leases, coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Manage vendors: collect competitive quotes o
