StaffBridge is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Medellín, supporting a U.S.-based logistics client.
What You'll Do
Track and validate annual and quarterly financial statements
Monitor outstanding documentation and insurance renewals
Escalate overdue items requiring leadership involvement
Update and maintain tracking systems
What We're Looking For
Direct financial-services experience
Hands-on pipeline management experience
Familiarity with the terminology, pace, and decision-making of a financial environment
Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders
Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize independently
Ability to understand context, anticipate needs, and act without constant direction
Executive-level communication, discretion, organization, and follow-through
Advanced Excel proficiency and professional English
