Role Description The Tour Guide role is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL, supporting travelers interested in Medellín and surrounding areas. The Tour Guide will lead guided tours, provide engaging commentary, and ensure guests feel safe, informed, and welcomed throughout their experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting clients, explaining tour itineraries, answering questions, and sharing relevant historical and cultural information. The role involves coordinating with drivers and operations staff,



promoting additional services such as day trips and private transfers, and assisting with basic administrative tasks related to bookings. The Tour Guide is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and customer care while representing Medellin Travel Guys.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Guided Tours and History, with the ability to share accurate and engaging information about destinations.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and handle inquiries or concerns.
Basic Sales skills to promote company services, upsell tours, and encourage repeat bookings.
Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency or additional languages are highly beneficial.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, including weekends and holidays as required.
