Senior Data Analyst (Remote, anywhere in LATAM) — Toll & Fleet Data

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our founding team and turn high-volume toll and fleet transaction data into answers people can actually act on.

This isn't a narrow reporting role. One day you're reconciling toll charges against invoices, the next you're building a KPI dashboard or digging into why a plate-matching rate dropped. If it makes the business smarter with data, it's in scope.

You'd report directly to our COO, who owns finance and operations end-to-end, which means your analysis doesn't disappear into a committee. It goes straight to someone who acts on it.

What you'll own:

SQL against our platform database — joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs
Dashboards and reporting in Power BI (or similar)
Data-quality investigations and repeatable, documented data processes




Presenting findings and recommendations directly to leadership

What you need:

4-7 years in data analysis, BI, or a closely related role
Strong SQL (non-negotiable)
Power BI, Tableau, or Looker experience building production dashboards
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Fluent, professional English — you'll present to US-based teams and partners regularly
Able to work US Eastern time zone hours

Nice to have:

Experience with toll, fleet, mobility, logistics, or payments data
Comfort with a scripting language for data work (e.g. Python) for cleaning and automation
Exposure to data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, or working with data warehouses
Experience defining KPIs and reporting frameworks from scratch in an early-stage company
