What You'll Do

Siteleader for a team of4-10Parts Advisorsresponsible for setting clear goals and expectations andmanaging all Supply Chain activities
Review all fulfillment reporting toidentifygaps and develop a plan to resolve, and own team metrics at the assigned site(s)
Manage location schedules based on needs of the business and assigned resources, efficiently fulfilling demand byleading receiving, pick,packand ship fulfillment work
Drivethe implementation of newinitiativesensuring the team constantly works towards achieving the standards agreed with management and business partners
EvaluateParts Advisorjob performance and general behavior,



and coachParts Advisors towards personal and professional development,interview and help recruit candidates to build a World Class team
