Job description:
Email Campaign Management
• Execute the team’s mass email outreach strategy as defined by the Outbound Sales Manager, managing high-volume sequenced campaigns.
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize outbound email sequences aligned to ICP targeting, messaging frameworks, and campaign cadences defined by the Outbound Sales Manager.
• Manage A/B and A/Z testing on subject lines, messaging, and send timing to continuously improve open rates, reply rates,



and deliverability.
• Ensure all email activity complies with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and applicable international data privacy regulations including suppression list management and opt-out processing.
• Coordinate campaign scheduling to avoid overlap with SDR personalized outreach and BDM efforts.

CRM & SEP Operations
• Serve as the primary on-site admin & power user of the team’s Sales Engagement Platform (SEP) and CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate data flows, contact records, and campaign attribution.
• Maintain data hygiene standards across contact lists, account records, and sequence enrollments — including deduplication, bounce management, and contact status updates.
• Build and maintain contact lists and prospect segments based on ICP criteria, territory assignments, and campaign targeting parameters.
• Create and update sequence templates, email templates, and campaign assets in alignment with the Outbo
