Role Mission
At Ultimate Jet Vacations, every advisor relationship starts with a first impression,
and how quickly and accurately we respond shapes whether that advisor becomes a long-term partner.
We’re looking for an Associate, Advisor Partnerships who will serve as the front line of our Business Development team: qualifying and onboarding new advisors, owning the day-to-day management of our micro-account book, and keeping our reporting and systems accurate so BD leadership can act on real numbers.

Responsibilities
Inbound Client Support & Qualification
Review client intake forms and promptly route them to the appropriate Destination Specialist for introduction.
Reach out to clients when follow-up is needed, answering questions or inviting them to join weekly open forums.
Host weekly open forums for prospective clients to ask questions and better understand UJV’s services, running these sessions i
