Role Mission
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Groups Travel Advisor to build and grow the Groups division at Ultimate Jet Vacations (UJV).
This is a hands-on sales role focused on establishing the processes and structure for a successful Groups business within our B2B reservations division. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in selling group travel and a deep understanding of the B2B travel agency landscape.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the future of our Groups business. You’ll work closely with our tech team to refine systems, identify and resolve operational challenges, and create a streamlined, scalable process for group sales.
What You’ll Do
Develop the Groups Division: Build the framework for UJV’s Groups division, including defining systems and processes, sales strategies, and operational workflows.
Sales Execution: Act as the primary sales advisor for group travel, handling inquiries, proposals, and bookings from B2B clients.
