What’s unique about this job (What you’ll do)
The Associate Director, Client Services provides strategic leadership across the Client Services function, setting vision, priorities, and operational standards while ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, Account Management, Project Management, and Creative teams.
This role is a senior leader responsible for “steering the ship” across the creative ecosystem, providing clear direction, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring teams remain aligned with business objectives, client expectations, timelines, quality standards, and KPIs.
The Associate Director will lead and develop Account Managers/Account Directors and Project Managers, while working closely with Designers, Copywriters,



and other creative disciplines to ensure the successful planning and execution of integrated campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Client Services, Account Management, and Project Management teams.
Lead and develop managers and senior professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex client, project, and team situations.
Establish clear priorities, direction, and expectations across multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure seamless collaboration between Account Management, Project Management, Creative, Design, Copywriting, and other key functions.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative campaigns and marketing initiatives, ensuring quality, timing, scope, and alignment with client and business objectives.
